Our policy lasts 14 days.
Our prints are all made to order. If for any reason the print arrives damaged, we will gladly send you a new print in exchange for the damaged one. Send it back to us within two weeks of your purchase and we will replace it for you. We cannot refund or exchange prints once they have been ordered, as we print each one to order. Shipping charges are non refundable. Please note that due to monitor calibrations, colours may vary slightly between your screen and the final finished artwork. If you have a problem with your order. It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
