All orders from Harper & Charlie are sent with trackable shipping numbers. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is confirmed on our website, and then a further email with a trackable shipping number once the order has been posted.

Exchanges and Refunds 

We cannot refund or exchange prints once they have been ordered, as we print each one to order. Please note that due to monitor calibrations, colours may vary slightly between your screen and the final finished artwork. If for any reason the print arrives damaged, we will gladly send you a new print in exchange for the damaged one. We take a lot of care to pack our products to ensure they arrive safely. On rare occasions, some items get damaged in transit which is out of our control.

Please contact us via email: info@harperandcharlie.com to let us know if your item has been damaged in transit for some reason.

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If your print arrives damaged, send it back to us within two weeks of your purchase and we will replace it for you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75.00 AUD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
