Refunds & Returns
Please note that due to monitor calibrations, colours may vary slightly between your screen and the final finished artwork.
We cannot refund or exchange prints once they have been ordered, as all of our prints are made to order. We are unable to offer you a refund or exchange your print for a change of mind.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We take a lot of care to pack our products to ensure they arrive safely. On rare occasions, some items get damaged in transit which is out of our control. If for any reason the print arrives damaged, we will gladly send you a new print in exchange for the damaged one.
Please contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know if your item has been damaged in transit for some reason.
It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If your print upon receipt is defective or damaged, please send an email to: email@example.com to let us know.
We will request you to return your defective or damaged item within two weeks of purchase to: Harper & Charlie, P O Box 5120, Alphington VIC 3078, Australia and we will replace it for you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75.00 AUD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
